Avalance Search and Rescue Dog Seminar
The three-day Search and Rescue Dog Seminar, meticulously organized by the Nose For A Cause Organization in collaboration with renowned mountaineer Panagiotis Kotronaros and the esteemed Hellenic Mountaineering School, has concluded with resounding success amidst the challenging conditions of the snow-clad White Mountains of Agrafa.
Over the course of these three days, participants were provided with invaluable insights into a comprehensive range of skills, including avalanche rescue techniques, self-protection measures, open search dog training techniques, avalanche detection dog training methods, and more.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Panagiotis Kotronaros for gracing our event with his esteemed presence, as well as to Agrafa Refuge 1.536m for their exceptional hospitality.
We also salute all the dedicated participants who displayed unwavering commitment, braving the frigid temperatures to partake in three days filled with knowledge and expertise.
