Zein
The model in the photo is Zane.
Zane has a common behavioral "problem", he decides if and when he wants to follow the orders of his handler (*) and sometimes is aggressive towards people, especially when they approach him.
Communication to be complete must be two-way.
We are already in the 2nd lesson, where we reestablish the communication process with the handler.
Zane, in his own way, manifests an insecurity towards people. Our job is to explain how the handler should respond to these behaviors and how to guide him to new desired behaviors.
(*) The term that explains this behavior is selective obedience.
Usually, the handlers do not show the required consistency in their communication with the dog. So the dog adapts to this situation, considering that they do not need to be consistent themselves in their responses.
The only way to overcome this problem is us to be firm, fair and consistent.
